Sides and vertices worksheets for first grade show one shape at a time (triangle, square, rectangle, or hexagon) with a single question, how many sides or how many vertices, and a writing line for the count.

2nd grade
Second grade sheets widen the lineup: pentagons, octagons, rhombuses, trapezoids, and general quadrilaterals join the first grade shapes, so answers run from three up to eight. The question stays the same: count the sides or vertices and write the number.
