Privacy policy
One more sheet is a free printable-worksheet site for kindergarten through grade 6. We built it to be genuinely free and genuinely private. You don't make an account, we don't run ads, and we don't sell or share your data. This page explains exactly what that means.
The short version
- You never make an account or log in, so we never ask for your name, email, or any personal details.
- There are no ads and no advertising trackers. No third-party ad networks, no marketing pixels, anywhere on the site.
- We count visits and downloads with our own privacy-friendly software. It uses no tracking cookies, and it does not store your IP address.
- Nothing is ever sold or shared with anyone for marketing.
- The site is built for children's schoolwork, and we collect no personal information from anyone, including children.
What we collect
We collect a small amount of anonymous, aggregate usage data with our own first-party analytics. No third-party analytics service is involved:
- Page views: which pages are opened, so we know what people find useful.
- Unique visits: an approximate daily count of distinct visitors. We work it out from a temporary, daily-rotating scrambled value derived from your network and browser, used only at the moment of your visit and then discarded. We do not store your IP address or your raw browser identifier.
- Downloads: when a worksheet PDF is generated, so we know which worksheets people actually print.
That's it. This data is anonymous and cannot identify you.
What we do not collect
- No names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses.
- No accounts or profiles.
- No stored IP addresses.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- No personal information from children.
Cookies
The worksheet site does not use tracking cookies. The only cookie we use anywhere is a login cookie for our own private admin dashboard, which is not part of the visitor site.
Children's privacy
This site is made for children's schoolwork, and teachers and parents use it. Because we require no account and collect no personal information from any visitor, including children under 13, there is nothing for us to knowingly collect from a child.
Service providers
To run the site we rely on standard infrastructure providers that process requests for us: a content-delivery and security network that helps serve the site quickly and safely, and a hosting provider where the site runs. They may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, briefly to deliver and protect the site, under their own privacy terms. Not for advertising.
How we use the data
Only to understand and improve the site, for example to see which worksheets are most useful and which to build next. We do not use it to profile, target, or advertise to you, and we do not sell, rent, or trade any of it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles data, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
One more sheet is run by a small independent team.
